【大分縣】由布院溫泉 湯布院山灯館Yufuin Santoukan(下)－晚餐及早餐Dinner and breakfast

或許前一晚，おた里の湯 彩の庄餐食表現太優秀(再次佩服師範，您真的太強了)，山灯館相較之下並沒給我驚豔的感覺，當然還是可口的，擺盤和食器也很講究，整體仍是物有所值，推薦。

晚餐和早餐都是部屋食，約定時間的前十五分鐘，仲居會先來佈置。

The meal didn’t surprise me, probably because those in my last stay in Ayanosho were just outstanding. Certainly the food tasted good; presentation and tableware were gorgeous as well. Worthy overall.

Both dinner and breakfast were in-room dining. A staff would set your table in advance.

部屋食最大優點是可以看電視！記得去年底在銀山溫泉　能登屋剛好在日本有線大賞看到冰川清志表演，那時的我，完沒沒想到一個月後會瘋狂迷上他，到每天要聽他的歌，遠赴日本看演唱會的程度。

I like to eat with TV programs! When visiting Nodoya, Ginzan Onsen last yearend, I bumped into Kiyoshi Hikawa’s TV show. Meanwhile, I couldn’t expect to be his fan one month later.

訂了附飲料一杯的方案，選擇很多，很多酒類和軟性飲料。選了燒酎一杯，送來的是整整一合(240ml)，本來應該是兩人份，向仲居確認是招待，很久沒喝這麼多烈酒，明顯感覺到，最近身體變好，酒量跟著進步了。

[飲酒過量傷身更傷財，酒駕不是人]

My package included a glass of complimentary drink with various choices. I selected “Shouchuu”, distilled Japanese liquor, and luckily got more (240ml), which served two people normally. I had not drunk that much liquor for a long time, and I felt I was able to drink more after my body became better recently.

主菜是當地產豐後牛陶板燒，不出色。目前為止吃過的和牛中，米澤牛是遙遙領先的第一名。

The main, Bungo beef, was good but could be better. So far Yonezawa beef is my top choice.

表面焦黃正好食，別在乎裡面熟了沒。

I prefer to medium rare.

早餐看到粥好開心！Cora平時不太吃早餐，出門玩的時候，旅館早餐幾乎都是在根本不餓的狀態下硬塞，好下嚥的粥吃來輕鬆很多。當然配粥的菜也很不賴啦。

Congee made me so happy because hardly did I have breakfast, and I often had hotel breakfasts even if I weren’t hungry. Congee is soft, full of water and easy to eat.

山灯館離金燐湖很近，可惜我當時完全忘記賞湖要趁早這件事(還去泡溫泉哩)，早餐完出來散步，豔陽高照，就是個普通的湖了。

Santoukan is near Kinrin Lake, and it’s famous because it looks overwhelmingly beautiful with the fog above the water in the morning. Pity that I forgot, and I saw nothing more than an ordinary lake after breakfast.
