在祇園、花見小路附近逛一下午,肚子餓隨便走進這家安久…開玩笑的,沒有事先訂位休想吃到。
Spent an entire afternoon in Gion and Hanami Kouji, and happened to walk into Ankyu…kidding. Don’t expect you’ll have a seat without reservation.
店內只有吧台七個位子,當晚滿座,主廚及夫人帶這幾位徒弟,大家都穿著木屐,走起路來很吵也很有趣,讓氣氛顯得輕鬆。
Only 7 seats available and fully booked. Each staff, including the owner-chef, his wife and students, wore Geta, a Japanese traditional sandal made by wood, which made an interesting, noisy and casual atmosphere.
第一道是清爽的冬瓜和鱧魚。
Starting from fresh white gourd and pike conger fish with lotus petal.
鱚魚和糯米飯。
Sillaginoid fish and sticky rice.
蟹肉丸子清湯。
Clear soup with crab meat ball.
微炙鰹魚配醬油醃的洋葱末,及豌豆莢絲。
Lightly grilled bonito with soy-sauced chopped onion and sliced sweet pea pods.
炸雞翅。剛炸好,熱騰騰的香酥脆。
Fried chicken wing. Hot, crispy and smelled good.
鯡魚配茄子醬及麵線。
Herring, eggplant puree and vermicelli.
烤紅魽配炸牛蒡。
Grilled amberjack fish and fried burdock.
厚厚芝麻醬和杏仁碎片下覆蓋的,是什麼呢?
What was covered by thick sesame sauce and shredded almond?
