神戶三田附近有兩家免費參觀的觀光工廠：麒麟啤酒和Kanefuku明太樂園，加起來剛好消磨一個下午。兩家都有提供至火車站的免費接駁車，順序上我覺得先到麒麟比較好。 在一樓櫃台確認身份後，工作人員會請你搭扶梯上二樓等集合。餐廳和土產店都在這，若提早來用餐也是很順的安排。

帝國飯店的鐵板燒「嘉門」我已垂涎多年，時間上卻老是不湊巧，甚至 兩年前在此投宿 時都錯過了，今年總算一償宿願。 I’ve longed for Kamon Teppanyaki (Open grill specialties) for years when visiting Osaka. But I always missed it, including my stay in the hotel two years ago . Finally I got it this time.

Having dinner in a private room; where I didn’t have to care the noise of shutter and took as many pictures as I wanted.

位於日本三大名湯之一的有馬溫泉，不用說旅館林立；高山莊華野，讓我秒決定｢就是你了｣的關鍵，訂房網站上餐食近滿分的評價還是其次，重點它 謝絕12歲以下兒童 ！這不但代表不用怕被吵鬧的沒教養屁孩壞了遊興，更暗示老闆重視品質的程度，不是死要錢。 Kakayamaso Hanano, loctated in Arima Onsen (hot spring), one of the top 3 onsen in Japan, plenty of resorts, why made me choose it immediately? “ 13 years old & above guests only ” rather than nearly 5/5 reviews.  That means not only I don’t have to worry about noisy damning kids, but also the boss cares the quality a lot.

公家不但 近江牛大餐 用料大方，房間也很有看頭，間間面湖，而且還是湖岸第一排！ The post office offers not only fabulous meals , but also rooms (each room) with great lake view!

這次一反常態，要從旅館的餐食先介紹起，因為太優秀，更別說無敵(琵琶)湖景近在眼前。 Different from the past, I want to introduce the meal first because it was that fabulous and great (Biwa) lake view was just in front of you.

在祇園、花見小路附近逛一下午，肚子餓隨便走進這家安久…開玩笑的，沒有事先訂位休想吃到。 Spent an entire afternoon in Gion and Hanami Kouji, and happened to walk into Ankyu…kidding. Don’t expect you’ll have a seat without reservation.

不同於去年僅匆匆在京都過境半天，今年留了比較多時間，想在京都訂米其林大餐，才發現京都老店毛超多，不給拍照、不能刷卡是小事，不接受信用卡祕書代訂、海外客人僅限入住旅館代訂，最跩的是僅接受熟客代訂，於是放棄跟這些老古板們打交道，往年輕、新銳廚師掌理的餐廳下手。 Rather than only a half-day stay last year, I planned to stay longer in Kyoto this year, and wanted to reserve seats in Michelin-starred restaurants. But soon I gave up old restaurants after finding various obstacles. Instead, I started to survey new restaurants operated by young management.

這家什麼都好，除了地點！ Everything was great here except location!
