【全日空】商務艙，台北松山－東京羽田－倫敦希斯洛來回 ANA business class Songshan (Taipei) -Heathrow (London) via Haneda (Tokyo)
第一次搭全日空國際線，不愧是服務五星級的航空公司；然後我有一個朋友的妹妹想考空服員，我回來就跟她說別報全日空，一定很硬…
This was my first time flying with ANA international flights, and totally agreed its 5-star rating. Then after coming back, I told one of my friends’ sister who wanted to be a CA “Don’t apply ANA; must be a very tough work…”

座位是2-2-2。
2-2-2 seat allocation.
Panasonic耳機，抗噪效果不好，後面的航段有拿到Sony的，也沒好到哪去。
Panasonic headphone. I could hear the noise of engine clearly with it. I didn’t think Sony, what I got on the next flight, was better.
飲食 F&B
全日空自創飲料柚香かぼす，喝起來很像運動飲料。
Kabosu, original drink by ANA, tasting like sports drink.
通常主餐是日式、西式二選一，但台灣起飛的有時候會有中式。像這次我選了和晶華酒店合作的清燉牛肉麵配蓮子銀耳羹。
The main dish was usually Japanese or Western. But Chinese was occasionally available on flights from Taiwan. I chose stewed beef noodle and sweet white fungus soup with lotus seeds.

1-2-1配置，我選靠窗位，可以有自己的獨立小空間。
1-2-1 seat allocation. I chose the window seat and owned my independent space.
過夜包和枕頭毯子那些已經在座位上。
The amenity bag, pillow, blanket and so on were on the seat.
今年三月更新的新版過夜包，保養品是高絲雪肌精。

USB充電和萬用插座通通有。
Certainly, USB charger and universal plugs were available.
真心稱讚發明這小檯子的人，放東西太方便了。

飲食 F&B
長程線有迎賓飲料。
Welcome drink was available on a long-distance flight.
桌子是從螢幕下方拉出來，不是座椅扶手旁。好處是桌上放滿東西(食物)時，想離席也可以很方便。
哦對了我覺得全日空最弱的可能是inflight entertainment，很多舊電影，連蠟筆小新都是舊的；遊戲也很落漆，我打麻將打到自摸了電腦還問我要丟哪一張牌出去。
The table was pulled out below the monitor rather than from the arm. Hence its was convenient if you wanted to leave your seat when the table was with full of stuffs(food). BTW, the inflight entertainment was really poor; many old movies, even Crayon Shin Chan was old. Games were awful as well.
酒單上看到日本起飛限定啤酒，不來一杯怎麼行。
How could I miss the Japan-departure-flight exclusive beer?
佩服空姐機上能倒出這麼美麗的泡沫。記得是使用特殊啤酒花釀製，喝起來風味比較強烈，苦味中等偏上，還沒有Lager那麼苦。
I really appreciated the beautiful bubbles on the flight. The strong flavor came from a special kind of hops with a little bit higher-than-average bitterness, which was less bitter than Lager.
開胃菜(超好吃的)。
Amuse bouche (excellent!).
據說日籍航空公司的和食一向較受歡迎，我又反骨的點了西餐，是和米其林餐廳la Grenouillère合作的。
It was said that Japanese meals were more popular amid Japanese Airlines; I, again, rebelliously ordered western meal, which was collaborated with a Michelin starred restaurant la Grenouillère.

主菜點了魚…這擺盤跟前菜也太像了，青筍筍(其實使用的食材不同)。
Wow… the presentation of main dish was as green as that of the appetizer.
很貪心的把餐後點心全要了。
Greedily asked for all kinds of dessert. Fruit, chocolate mousse, cheese cake.
餐後各種輕食可任點。
先點了豆皮烏龍麵配運動飲料かぼす。
Refreshments. Firstly I ordered Kitune Udon, soup noodles with fried dried tofu topping, and sports drink Kabosu.
還有沙拉配綜合果菜汁(有沒有注意到擺盤都好認真)。
Vegetable salad and mixed juice. Delicate presentation all the way!
小零食和潤膚霜等備品可以任意拿(感覺隨意佈置但好可愛)。

早餐選日式，飛機上居然吃得到粒粒分明有彈性的白飯。
Japanese breakfast. Surprised by the grainy, chewy and moisture rice!

準備回家了比較放鬆，點了香檳，結果機上酒量變超差。
Relaxed on the returning flight and asked for Champagne; but easily got drunk and fell asleep quickly.
繼續點魚主菜的西餐。
Chose fish for main dish again.
餐間點了普羅旺斯燉菜麵疙瘩和果菜汁，沒想到送上來根本是主餐等級，後來不好意思再點別的。
Surprised by the main-dished presentation refreshment of ratatouille and gnocchi.
看在白飯的份上繼續吃和食。
Japanese breakfast again, for rice’s sake.

｜貴賓室 Lounges
松山機場 Songshan Airport
松山機場是不是只有這一家貴賓室，看起來似乎每個航空公司都在這；雖然不是吃飯時間，座位區和餐檯還是好多人。
Seemed that there was only one lounge in Songshan Airport, and all airlines used it. Full of guests despite off-peak time.
座位設計不太方便大吃大喝，食物只能放在凹槽的小桌。
The seat design was not for eating a lot; you could only place your food and drink on the small and long table aside.
餐點有供應台灣小吃像是滷味，而且很入味；另還有炒米粉之類的，台啤當然也一定有。
羽田機場 Haneda Airport
去過全日空成田機場貴賓室的朋友說，羽田等於成田的縮小版。酒類是亮點，除多款洋酒及自助生啤機，還有數款地方小酒造釀製的日本酒，就算轉機也能感受一下日本文化。
ANA’s lounge in Haneda was a mini version of that in Narita, according my friends. Alcohol drinks was the highlight. Besides various spirits and a draft beer dispenser, there were several kinds of craft Japanese rice wine by small local breweries, to let you feel some of the Japanese culture even you were just here for a flight transfer.
有幾種現煮湯麵，我選了山菜蕎麥麵。
I ordered soba noodles with wild vegetable topping on the cook-on-demand noodle bar. They also offered udon noodles and fried dried tofu.
聽說很有名的咖哩飯，然後日本人吃咖哩飯真的會配福神醬菜。畫面右上那個白杯是喝日本酒的，也太大了！完全不怕客人喝。
Famous curry rice, and Japanese really eat curry rice with Fukujin pickle. The white cup on upper right was for Japanese rice wine. So large to show that how they urged their guests to drink more!
希斯洛機場 Heathrow Airport
全日空在希斯洛沒有自己的貴賓室，乘客可以選擇用聯合航空或新航的，我去聯合。
食物和飲料種類比我預期的多，但最威的是酒吧！看起來超專業，還面對停機坪。
ANA didn’t own its lounge in Heathrow, and guests could choose UAL or Singapore Airline’s. I went to the former. The kinds of food and drink were more than my expectation. But, the gorgeous bar must catch everyone’s eyes! Huge, professional look with apron view.

傳說中的五星級服務
四個航段我都事先上網選餐，空服員來確認時說，如果改變主意了也可以通知她們。
不行啦…你們這是在開奧客養成班嗎？
但全日空不像長榮有預約限定菜色，跟機上現點的都一樣。
然後兩段長程線主餐我都點西餐，本來有配麵包的，我因為怕過敏，也想留肚子吃餐間輕食(好啦這才是主要目的)，所以都沒拿，想說不吃就不要浪費食物。
不一會兒take care我的空姐就來了：｢您要不要白飯配醬菜呢？｣，怕客人吃不慣麵包而沒吃飽。
另外，我以前以為只有頭等艙的客人才會被空姐記住名字，原來商務艙就會了。
在羽田下機時，在機艙門口空姐跟我說｢回家路上請小心｣。哦，一定是因為我提了一袋免稅品，讓她誤會了。
我的旅程才剛開始呢，機上買的口紅、髮夾、保養品組合，都是旅途上會用的。聯名卡打八折，非常划算。
全日空從東京飛歐洲都是上午起飛，回程下午到，從台灣出發都一定要在東京住一晚(航空公司沒有附送過境旅館，要自己花錢)，所以很少人這樣飛。我去程在橫濱和東京先玩幾天，回程補了一些日用品(反正行李額度不用白不用)順便唱卡拉OK，覺得這樣安排也滿好的。
次等人？開玩笑的
商務艙和星空聯盟金卡享同樣禮遇，一路上特別覺得頭等艙和鑽石卡的存在感好重，商務艙彷彿次等人(跟頭等艙比的確是次等人沒錯啦)。

早聽聞日本高卡滿地都是，登機門前的確要禮讓眾多鑽石卡大爺們先上機才輪到我們(因為根本沒這麼多頭等艙座位，很明顯大部分站在那的乘客是鑽石卡)。
空橋上，大部分乘客都往右走...
商務艙畢竟不像頭等艙有拉門那麼隱密，有注意到機上只有我拍個不停；對我來說這一切都那麼新鮮且不尋常，但對我的大多數短期鄰居們而言，或許是日常吧。只有經過富士山時，發現其他乘客也紛紛拍起照來。全日空每班放出的商務艙哩程票很少，所以大家幾乎都是拿真金白銀買的機票(雖然可能不是自己出的錢)。還遇到一家四口一起搭機的，目測兩個小孩的年紀加起來還比我小。
ANA聯名卡累積哩程數真的很快，不到兩年的現在，我又集夠一張長程線商務艙了。沒有金主沒關係，靠自己舒舒服服的搭乘商務艙旅行更能體會什麼叫有錢真好(是啦我的機票不是花錢買的，但每年幾千的信用卡年費也是錢，刷卡金額不夠多也拿不到足夠哩程數)；現在的我，靠著自己的收入，過著比一般平均水準之上的物質生活，規劃旅程不再老是金錢考量之餘，有積蓄且能行善布施，雖然比上還是很不足，已經是剛開出社會，經濟上捉襟見肘時想像不到的美好。如果能因為多搭幾次商務艙增加接觸有錢人的機會變得更會賺錢(近朱者赤嘛)，有能力給自己更享受的物質生活那再好不過了。
