Ritz Carlton傳說級的服務果然不是蓋的，不知該怎麼以文字形容，絕不是在說別家服務不好，但這裡每一位員工就是能讓客人感受到溫度，好奇怎麼訓練的。
I had no idea to describe how Ritz Carlton’s “Legendary Service” worked; but each staff did let me feel the warmth during my stay. Definitely I’m not complaining the service of other hotels.
｜公共空間 The public area
農曆新年，滿多地方佈置掛滿紅包的桃樹或橘樹，台灣沒看過，學起來。
In Shenzhen, I found a lot of peach or orange trees filled with red envelopes for Lunar New Year decoration, which I’ve never seen in Taiwan.

｜房內 Inside my Room
單床Deluxe Room，很寬敞。
A huge Deluxe Room with one bed.
房內商務配備很齊全，配不斷電插座，有需要的話筆電可直接接電視。
Well-equipped for your business trip including UPS sockets and a port able to connect your PC to the TV set.
電視機下有BOSE的sound bar，出差也可以娛樂一下。
A BOSE sound bar under the TV set for better entertainment after busy works during the daytime.
Nespresso & TWG tea bags.
正對會展中心，可見參展住這多方便，相對也就沒有景觀可言。
So convenient for an exhibitor as the hotel is located across Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Comparatively there is no city “view”.
開床時除了本來就有的飲水和小餅乾，竟很應景的留了舞獅擺飾和冬瓜糖(很傳統，甜滋滋的冬瓜糖)。
Not only routine bottled water and crackers for turn-down service, but also a lion figure and traditional white gourd candy (so seasonally!).
不過我必須老實說其實沒睡好，不是床太硬也不是太軟，不知道是不是因為舖的保潔墊太厚睡起來很不踏實，夜裡醒來又花了很久時間才睡著。
Honestly, I didn’t sleep well. The bed was neither too soft nor too hard. I was not sure whether it was because the mattress protector was thick and slippy. I woke up in the midnight and took a long time to fall asleep.
｜自助式早餐 Buffet breakfast
中式佈置怎麼能這麼有年味又不落俗套，太厲害，餐點也不馬虎。
Why they could decorate the restaurant so beautifully with Chinese style; meals were fabulous as well.
客製化現煮麵食及雞蛋是基本配備。過去只知道拿蟲草花燉排骨，沒想過當做湯麵的配料，學到了。
Made by order noodle bar and eggs seemed to be a must.
明明是西式麵包，放在中式禮籃不但一點都不奇怪，還超美，讓現在幾乎不碰麵包的我，忍不住拿了兩小個。
Western bread looked so good in a Chinese basket. I couldn’t help to get two pieces though bread would easily trigger my allergy.
｜路癡到達法 Get there as a no-brainer
地鐵會展中心站四號出口直走即是，不用過馬路。
Get off the bus at Convention & Exhibition Center station and leave from Exit D, walk straight and the hotel is on the left.

不想在飯店裡用餐，對面是皇廷廣場，皇廷廣場旁邊是中心城，地鐵站裡有商店街，餐廳加起來破百家，大江南北的菜色都有，中心城裡甚至有家樂福。
Hundreds of restaurants are available nearby, including in Wongtee Plaza, across the hotel, and in Central Walk beside it, as well as a shopping arcade inside the metro station if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Even a Carrefour is inside Central Walk.
