Please refer to the last story: Takayamaso Hanano, Arima Onsen I- Facilities for the guest room, facilities and Arima Onsen nearby if you have not read it. Having dinner in a private room; where I didn’t have to care the noise of shutter and took as many pictures as I wanted.

｜晚餐 Dinner

菜單顯然不是每天印製。

Menu; the last paragraph told us that it was not printed every day.

點了生酒一瓶，是附近酒造代工的貼牌。生酒可能因為比較沒比賽壓力，個人覺得比大吟釀更能凸顯酒廠及各地方特性，加上需要全程低溫貯藏，在台灣喝很貴，所以我在日本看到都會優先選擇。

[飲酒過量傷身更傷財，酒駕不是人]

不愧是靠近海，生魚片既新鮮又有彈性，很難得在溫泉旅館嚐到這樣讓人有印象的生魚片。

我訂的餐比標準方案少一道菜，主菜升級成神戶牛。

I had one of dishes in the standard course omitted, and had it replaced by upgraded my main dish to Kobe Wagyu beef.

日本人用清水涮高級肉的傳說是真的啊…(竟然為了品嚐原味極端到這個程度，但醬汁又調得頗鹹另人不解)

A little bird told me that Japanese people cooked premium meat with water rather than broth or stock, and it seemed to be true.

應該是我吃過第二好吃的和牛。

It should be the top 2 Wagyu beef I’ve had.

填飽肚子三件組。我本來不喜歡吃口感偏軟的飯，這裡的飯煮得很軟但非常好吃！不用配菜筷子就停不下來。

Rice, pickle and miso soup. Usually I don't like soft rice; but the rice here was so soft and delicious that I couldn't stop it!

餐後茶、甜點及水果。

Tea, dessert and fruit.

桃子口味奶酪、哈密瓜、柿子。

Peach panna cotta, melon and persimmon.

｜早餐 Breakfast

豆皮DIY。

Fresh yuba DIY, the soft film on the surface of boiling soybean milk.

茄子海菜味噌湯。

The miso soup with eggplants and seaweed.

Japanese omelet.

整體來說，在這個離市區近的超熱門觀光區仍是物有所值，而且願意收單身旅客這點讓人感謝。

Overall, I felt it was worthy at such a popular tour destination, and thankful that a single guest was accepted .
