【紐約】Gramercy Tavern，創意令人印象深刻its innovation impressed me!

在曼哈頓這個寸土寸金，一餐不小心就吃掉幾十美金的高「貴」地段，fine dining反而顯得C/P值高；本人出門在外常有意想不到的幸運，週末晚餐訂到這間好餐廳，而且前一天才打的電話唷。

Fine dining seems to be relatively worthy (or higher cost performance) as it’s very easy to eat dozens bucks in Manhattan. I was lucky to have a table here for dinner on weekend, and I just booked one day before!

同紐約許多高級餐廳一樣，有餐桌區和酒吧區，可能週末的關係，傍晚酒吧已經坐滿客人。

No exception that there were dining room and bar, and the bar was full probably due to weekend.

晚餐有三道式任選菜色和Tasting menu，我基於好奇點了素食Tasting menu，完全佩服主廚的innovation和fusion功力，你會沒注意入口的是什麼食材，只記得它們搭配起來如此和諧可口。

3 course selection and tasting menu are available during dinner time. But curiosity drove me to order vegetarian tasting menu.  Chef’s innovation and fusion were overwhelmingly fabulous that the arrangement and harmony you would make you ignore what ingredients were inside.

另點chardonnay白酒一杯，chardonnay對我而言是不太會出錯的選擇，當日是來自加州Santa Barbara的酒莊Sandhi，2014年，清爽微酸就chardonnay該有的樣子

Ordered a glass of chardonnay, which has never disappointed me. From a small winery Sandhi in Santa Barbara, Calif., 2014.

第二道本來應該是Spring Vegetable Tempura，我想天麩羅在日本台灣要吃多少有多少，幹嘛在這裡吃，詢問服務生能不能換，很開心得到肯定的答案，確定我不是素食者後，服務生問龍蝦沙拉怎麼樣呢？

The second dish should have been Spring Vegetable Tempura; nevertheless, I didn’t want to have tempura in the States cause it was so easy to get in Japan and Taiwan. The waitress allowed me to change, and suggested lobster salad after assuring I was not a vegetarian.

Good idea!

結帳時發現這家餐廳不收小費！但是服務完全不輸給收小費的餐廳！

Found it was a non-tip restaurant! But the service really deserved tipping!

路癡到達法：我住附近所以靠Google導航用走的來，這家餐廳在Chelsea，20街上，Park Avenue South和Broadway中間，在曼哈頓叫Uber過來應該不會太貴，地鐵你可以在Union Square/14^th Street或23rd Street下車走過來 

How to get there: I walked by Google cause I stayed nearby. It is located on 20th St., between Park Avenue South & Broadway. Instead, you can get off on subway station Union Square/14th St. or 23rd St.
