晚餐及早餐都在餐廳「すず奈」用。這家餐點水準是我住過的溫泉旅館中數一數二的(但價格不是)。
The in-house restaurant “Suzuna”serves dinner and breakfast to resort guests. The food quality is top one or two of all hot spring resorts in Japan I’ve stayed. But the price isn’t.
酒類大多是當地島根縣產,點了譽池月無濾過生原酒,什麼酵母菌過敏的…先不管了。
Most liquors they served were brewed locally. I picked up Homareikeduki single cask and non-filtered rice wine, and temporarily forget my yeast allergy.

墊底長得像麵線的是土豆絲!光前菜就給人眼睛一亮的感覺。

以為是蒸蛋,其實是現做豆腐和濃稠豆漿。
Acutally it was fresh tofu and thick soybean milk rather than steamed egg.
很可愛的茶壺蓋,倒茶時上面那隻小鳥會動哦。
A very cute teapot; the bird moved when pouring the tea.
